You poor thing. All that reading and going to class stuff has made you soft in the head. On a side note, I often I feel like a genius for creating something, only to find out it's been around for years. Good luck hanging on to ownership of this one.
See, there were all sorts of special attributes to this sandwich - first of all it was on sourdough rather than rye like most pastrami sandwiches, and then I toasted it and served it open faced. With melted cheddar.
What are the chances that's ever been done in the history of the world? I'm thinking, like, zero. Maybe even less.
